  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Adventure Life Nepal (ALN) services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Booking and Cancellation

  • All trek bookings require a 30% advance payment to confirm reservation.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trek start date will receive a full refund minus administrative fees.

  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the trek will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trek will not be eligible for any refund.

  • ALN reserves the right to cancel or modify treks due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Health and Safety

  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions or health issues prior to booking.

  • ALN reserves the right to deny participation if a participant's health condition poses a risk.

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by trek guides and staff.

  • Travel insurance is mandatory for all trek participants.

4. Documentation

  • Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and visas.

  • Valid identification and required permits must be carried during treks.

  • ALN will assist with permit procurement but is not responsible for visa denials.

5. Equipment and Gear

  • Participants must bring required personal equipment as specified in the trek information.

  • ALN is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment.

  • Equipment provided by ALN must be returned in good condition.

6. Liability

Adventure Life Nepal acts as a trek organizer and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity during treks. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of trekking activities and participate at their own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

ALN reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
